The company is responsible for implementing and managing the project's comprehensive technological process, including upgrading the digital infrastructure and implementing the Intelligent Zoo System. It will also develop the two parks' mobile applications and website, enabling an integrated and interactive visitor experience. The memorandum also includes developing a security and safety system by managing security operations with the highest standards of efficiency and the latest technology in this field. It will also launch interactive digital educational applications that provide visitors with rich information about animals and how to care for them, creating a unique entertainment and cultural experience for families and visitors from all over the world.<br><br> The services offered will include Internet of Things (IoT) and artificial intelligence solutions, an integrated payment platform through SuperPay, a subsidiary of e& Misr, and an integrated loyalty program. e& business will also enhance the visitor experience with a smart ticketing system and a unique experience for each customer within the parks. As part of its commitment to its community role, e& Misr will also contribute logistical and financial support to the project by sponsoring the purchase of new animals and building modern and advanced facilities for their care, reflecting the company's vision of integrating technological development with social and environmental responsibility.
